.The mission of the Master’s/Ph.D. program in the School of Business Administration is to educate intellectual, innovative, and analytically-minded scholars, who will contribute to the advancement of business education and research. The graduate program curriculum is designed to be extensive, flexible, personalized, and conducted in the self-directed research environment. Our research tracks include strategic management (entrepreneurship, technology management), organizational behavior, marketing, management information systems, finance, financial engineering, accounting, economics, operations management and decision making, and business analytics. In the UNIST SBA, the graduate students are strongly encouraged to apply the latest research methodologies in the field of Big Data and AI to a variety of management research.

PSM(Professional Science Master’s)Programs are characterized by “science-plus,” combining rigorous study in science or mathematics with skills-based coursework in management, policy, or law. PSM Programs provide a curriculum relevant with business fundamental, financial and organizational behavior emphasizing science, technology, and management. The students in PSM programs can have chances to involve in projects or internship experiences in industries, government or non-profit organizations. The PSM programs started with 14 programs in America since 1997 . Now there are more than 304 programs developed throughout America, Canada, Australia and Asia. UNIST Energy Commodity Trading & Financial Engineering program and Business Analytics program are the first approved PSM programs not only in Korea but in Asia.
